Corporate Social Responsibility

Responsibility sits with the plant, not a slogan

Pathmark Energy funds, builds, owns and operates solar hybrid plants for developments. CSR is how that work treats the people around those plants. Formal metrics and governance sit on our ESG disclosure.

How we work

Three commitments we can stand behind

Each line below is already how plants are designed and operated. None of it is a future pledge we cannot evidence.

Communities around the plants

The first social result of a Pathmark plant is dependable, metered power. Residents buy energy on prepaid terms they can see. Common area circuits for gates, lighting, pumps, and security sit on the plant account so those loads do not depend on whether a particular house has credit.

Community engagement for a gated development is led with the developer, who already has the relationship with plot owners. We do not treat that site as a rural host community unless the project is actually that type of plant.

People and skills

Construction and operations create skilled and semi-skilled work on site. We expect contractors to follow Nigerian labour, safety, and local content rules that apply to the job. The 24/7 operations desk monitors telemetry and dispatches maintenance. That is a service commitment in the operating contract, not a slogan.

We will name a training programme or hiring target on this page only when it exists as a written commitment. Until then we will not invent one.

How this sits with ESG

This page is the public commitment. ESG Disclosures is the formal statement of environmental performance, social outcomes, governance, and what we will and will not claim. Plant level numbers belong there, or in a data room, once a site is commissioned.

We do not publish generic homes powered multipliers or unaudited impact scores on this site.
